Our staff at Best At Travel have a wealth of travel knowledge built over the years. Here, Personal Travel Expert Dina Tailor shares her Singapore adventure:
Singapore is now one of my favourite cities in the world, great transport system, the cleanest city I have ever seen and it is safe to walk around as a traveller. The whole experience was great fun. The bustling city is very common stop-over for travellers. Famous for its shopping and food here you can dip your toe into Chinese, Indian and Malay culture. Non-shoppers can experience the mosques cafes of the Arab quarter, nose into shops in China town have breakfast with an orang-utan at Singapore zoo or have your fortunes told in little India.
Why not experience a Singapore sling at the Raffles Hotel? Alternatively if it’s sightseeing and great food your after go down to China Town or soak up the atmosphere at The Thian hock king temple.
Sentosa Island is Asia’s favourite playground with Marine life, SEA Aquarium, Dolphin Island and universal studios. Visit Gardens by the Bay this opened garden is located in the heart of Marina Bay and is home to over a quarter million rare plant species. The super trees have now become an international iconic architecture.
